Sometimes, instead of all the wish, women are not happy with their boob appearance and size. But any woman can easily make her breasts look fantabulous and adorable.
Size Matters
Depending on whom you ask, 60%-85% of women are wearing the wrong size bra… and
it shows. Here are seven signs from lingerie expert Tomina Edmark that your bra
fits correctly. (See her fitting guide at HerRoom.com.)

Center
panel lies flat against your breastbone.
·
Nipple
should sit halfway between the shoulder and elbow.
·
Bra
cups fit smoothly. No overflowing, gaping or puckering.
·
Underwires
completely encircle the bottom of each breast.
·
Breasts
point forward. You can freely swing your arms.
·
Straps
stay in place without digging into your shoulders.
·
The
band is snug but not tight. Bra is comfortable when sitting and standing.
Natural Breast Lift Pec Press
Do this exercise 2-3 times a week for a quick and natural lift, no scalpel required.
- Lie on your back, 5-pound weights
by your side.
- Contract your abs.
- Hold the weights next to your
armpits with elbows pointing out to the sides.
- Count to 2 as you push the weights
up.
- Count to 4 as you lower the
weights back down to the starting position.
- Do 3 sets of 12 reps with 30
seconds rest in between.
Silky Smooth
Nothing gives your age away faster than a dry, wrinkled décolletage. Apply a good lotion to your chest and neck immediately after getting out of the shower and before going to sleep at night. Slather more on anytime you apply moisturiser to your hands. Keep a pump bottle of lotion in the bathroom and by the bed. Toss a travel size tube in your purse. Use liberally.
Rothschild
recommends Crème de la Mer as the gold standard, but she also gives a strong
endorsement to Nivea, available in drug stores. “Whatever is best for your face
is best for your boobs,” she says. For added protection use a moisturizer with
sunscreen.
Match Em Up
Like snowflakes, no two breasts are alike, not even those paired up on the same chest. In fact, most women don’t have a set of identical twins, Edmark says.
Fit
bra cups to your larger breast. A bit of extra padding can help the smaller
breast match more closely. Silicone inserts (available in most lingerie
departments) will add a little extra oomph to your smaller side. “They are
really amazing,” Rothschild says. “You would never imagine it’s artificial.”
Another option: a molded bra, which camouflages size difference for a more
symmetrical look.
Natural Breast Lift Modified Push Up
Perform this chest exercise after or in between sets of the Pec Press, 2-3 times a week.
- Lie on your stomach.
- Place hands flat on the ground
next to your armpits.
- Bend legs and cross ankles.
- Push up with your arms as you
pivot on your knees. Keep back straight, stomach tight and neck aligned.
- Lower yourself back down in 3 to 4
counts. Don’t touch the ground with your chest.
- Do 3 sets of 10 reps, with 30-60
seconds rest in between.

Natural Breast Lift Isometric Chest Contractions
Isometric exercises can raise blood pressure, so check with your doctor if you suffer from hypertension or heart disease.
- Stand with your knees slightly
bent. Contract your abs.
- Hold each end of a hand towel and
extend arms out in front of you at shoulder level.
- Pull towel in opposite directions
at the same time, using pulsing motions for 1 minute.
- Do 3 sets of 1-minute pulses, with 30 seconds rest in between.
Love Thy Breasts
Since
women don’t often have the opportunity to get up close and personal with each
other’s boobs, many don’t understand there is no “normal” when it comes to the
aesthetics of the breast. Boobs come in all shapes and sizes with
nipples and areolas of various colors and dimensions. But once you’re
comfortable with your breasts, you can experiment with different ways to
emphasis the good and downplay what you might not like. Rest assured, celebs do
the same. Underneath the shapers and duct tape, they’re real women just like
you.
So, adore your own breasts first and the other people will adore them too.
